Located in International Terminal (Inside Security). Level 1. After Customs, walk past The Loop Duty Free on your left and looking left, walk towards Relay. Then, go up the escalator.
    Travel times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Airports may require you to re-clear security and immigration control to reach the lounge. Clearing security might require a boarding pass departing from the terminal. For lounges inside security or immigration, you must first check your baggage and obtain your boarding pass.
    OutstandingThe barista is excellent (use the Air NZ app to order). Craft beer on tap and cocktails are available at the bar. There’s a big kids’ room and sweeping views of the apron. Definitely the best in AKL.

    OutstandingGreat buffet every time, wide variety of spaces and seating, lots of device charging spaces, superb coffee ordered through the app! Only downside is relative crowding.
