This is a really nice, stylish lounge that offers great amenities and good selection of drinks.
Early morning it was not crowded. Attentive staff, lots of plug ins everywhere, fresh fruit and tea is all I need, okay maybe wine too. But food and drink offerings were great.
Weirdly the lounge dragon lady didn't recognize my AA Platinum card and took it with some disdain. Lounge itself is quite nice with decent food and drink. It was a bit crowded tonight though.
The New Cathay Pacific/British Airways lounge is a vast improvement to One World lounge. The food is great, they have a full breakfast, then change to lunch; great variety and high quality food. +bar
One bar with one barman for a full lounge and the food was running out at 9pm. Plus a queue up for the ladies bathroom! Very ordinary experience.
Too crowded for so many years after the start of renovation of LAX. Hard to keep it clean.
Nice convenient lounge for passing time before HKG flight.
Better than expected based on other reviews. During my visit, it was clean and not crowded. Food was good, not great. Good selection of wine, beer and spirits at the bar. Staff friendly but reserved.
Waiting at the gate is a better option than using this lounge. This place is dirty, loud, and crowded.
Great food and service! Easy access.
Like the W of lounges. Swanky, modern, with tons of seating and good food selection. But weak cell service and little natural light. No plane views.
Wide selection of good quality food and drinks. Well worth a visit.
Though the shower was cold, being in this lounge beats sitting in the concourse.
Pretty empty at 7am. Staff was friendly and cleared dishes quickly. Wifi was fast and plenty of plugs. Food was excellent for a US lounge.
Noisy "quiet area" due to loud workers gabbing. After I was finally asleep one awakened me saying I looked cold. Also, loud annoying music they would not turn down.
Clean facility and friendly staff. Average food and drink offerings.
As with past experiences, restful in the morning and frightful at night. Evening buffet was rather basic so if you want to eat on the ground to maximise sleep, it might be better to eat in the terminal.
It's a buffet, not a sit down like the first class next door. Enjoyed the juice bar, nice hot food, unpretentious and gracious service. They even came to offer new items that had shown up.
Very nice lounge! Plenty of space and staff us very friendly and helpful!
Nice lounge. Plenty of Eames chairs to relax on. Food is plentiful, but dull. Nice wine and liquor selection.
Lots of food options but none very good. Bartender keeps disappearing leaving the bar empty. Kitchen has a “B” health rating. Not my favorite lounge.
The only negative of this lounge is the terrible background music. Imagine crappy elevator music from 1995, except you have to listen to it for hours.
Subdued elegance. Tends to have good food and beverage choices. Can get quite busy especially late evenings.
This is a very trendy lounge that offers full meal service, nice Apple computers, and a super hip bar. I wish I lived here!
Swanky lounge. Great food and drink selection.
Comfortable, not too crowded -- even the night before Thanksgiving. Limited scotch selection (Black Label and Chivas). Limited food selections, but overall very clean and comfortable.
Pretty nice lounge. Decent food spread at breakfast. Showers. Good wifi. Decent coffee machine. Fresh juice machine. Loungers to sleep in or relax. Fairly large seating area. Plugs everywhere.
The new OneWorld Business lounge is quite an upgrade from the previous. Very modern, great food spread, two street style food carts. Well stocked bar with barista. Lounge was very busy!
This is a terribly crowded lounge that has a weird layout. I couldn't find the cheese and crackers either.
Nicely decorated modern lounge away from the craziness of LAX. Full bar and buffet was definitely a lot nicer than standard lounge fare.
This is a huge lounge with tons of seating! Good hot food choices and great service.
Great lounge. Love the self service juice bar. Good hot food as well.
Loved the lounge, plenty of seating available and they offer plenty of food options. You can even make your own veggie/fruit juice.
This is one of the best lounges in the terminal. Love the wood decor and the open design.
This is a very adequate lounge, although gets very crowded before the nighttime departures across the Pacific. Can feel chaotic. Bar is a really cool spot though
Perhaps a little dark and dated but fantastic of you get there in the morning when it is empty and quiet. Try to grab one of the leather recliners looking into inner terminal...
After security, turn left before the Duty Free Shops and proceed up to Level 5, follow signs to the entrance.
