NOTE: For LoungeBuddy bookings, access is granted 3 hours prior to passenger flight departure time. Access for Priority Pass and other lounge memberships may be limited due to capacity. This lounge is accessible for South Terminal departures only. Children under 2 years old are admitted free with an adult.
Lounge is comfortable; however, limited food. Only had flapjacks and some slices of cake on my visit, albeit they do have a small menu you can order from (1 dish complimentary). Service not v. attentive.
You had to make a reservation 48 hours in advance. It could not accompany 1 single person traveling. Not even for a pint. Are you kidding me?
The lounge is very spacious & I got complimentary food & drinks. I didn't try the other stuff (shower etc) but waiting for your flight in this lounge while you're in Gatwick is definitely recommended.
Okay lounge. The front desk people, Laura especially, will lie to block you from getting in. Meals aren't great. But it gets the job done.
It's an okay lounge. Gets busy and the "meals" are about two bites. They charge for prosecco. Great big windows though! Typical food options that are satisfactory. Strong wifi!
Forget this lounge. Unavailable for Priority Pass due to overcrowding.
Good luck getting in if you're a Priority Pass holder. Ain't gonna happen.
I managed to get in! Was a little busy but not too bad. Slightly odd entrance but great design inside with lots of seating options. Food was OK and everything was very clean. With a stop.
Three personnel standing in the entrance with zero interest in the guest. Laughed at my Priority Pass, was not allowed because it was full. Horrible attitude.
Very noisy indeed. Minimal food options. Not enough carpeting to muffle the clanging of crockery from the kitchen. Resembles a fast-food burger joint. Strictly for the "Benidorm" crowd.
PP member denied entry again into the Gatwick lounge (they said due to capacity but they were letting people pay to get in!) and there are no alternatives in this terminal. Not cool.
Don't even try to get in with Priority Pass. It's not happening.
Impossible to get in with Priority Pass unfortunately. They should take it off their list.
RUDE and unhelpful staff. No communication between North and South terminals regarding access. (LoungeBuddy - this is not good for your reputation listing these). This is not a proper lounge.
Read the reviews regarding Priority Pass members not getting in so I asked if it was busy first. The lady said no so I said great, I can use my Priority Pass then! Got in no problem. Food was nice.
Great lounge, views to tarmac, comfortable and nice, but very limited food options at the bar. Most food you order at the waitress for free from a menu.
Been refused access a few times with a Priority Pass due to capacity reasons. Otherwise, decent lounge. Not brilliant offering of food, but OK drinks-wise. Silent room available, and amazing view.
Food options quite low, staff are too busy cleaning up after loud and drunk stag and hens parties to take any notice of the mess elsewhere, and the lounge is so loud you have no hope of relaxing.
We were turned away after being told that a reservation was required.
Turned away @9:30AM on a Monday with Priority Pass Select. Attendant said they were "fully booked" but offered access for £12.50. Went to a restaurant instead; had breakfast for £7.
This lounge struggles with capacity issues - I have often been turned away at off-peak times and when I do get in it's busy with few spaces suitable for working.
Priority Pass not welcome. The lounge states they are full but there are plenty of open seats. Then they try to sell you club access. Scam. Priority Pass should cancel and find a reputable lounge.
Luxurious but slightly lacking with food in comparison to other No1 lounges at different airports.
Priority Pass inaccessible at 07:45AM on a Tuesday. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Pretty disappointing.
'We are fully booked' seems a common rhetoric. Turns back Priority Pass members. Offers to let in for £15. Diabolical. The place is dirty anyway!
Got in on a Sunday at 5pm on Priority Pass. Good food, drink and dessert. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere.
Place is awful, make a reservation 24 hours in advance apparently for a whole lot of nothing.
Inaccesible at 3pm on a Saturday. Felt like attendant was just trying to upsell me to the Clubrooms and they want you to pay the 5£ to reserve a spot.
Couldn’t access at 8AM on a Friday due to the lounge being at capacity. Apparently a reservation is required in advance. This is a bit silly for an airport lounge.
You must order from a set menu split between before and after 11am. Limited choices. Clean and comfortable but not the friendliest staff.
Essentially unavailable to Priority Pass without a reservation. Confirmed by attendant on duty. I’d skip and go straight to Grain Store in the S terminal.
Second time here, got in both times on my Priority Pass without trouble. A bit crowded both times, but great food and drinks and excellent service. The staff works hard and it shows.
If you don’t have a PP booking, staff are unlikely to allow access, claiming the lounge to be ‘full’. Once inside, awash with uncleared tables. Hot food to order, with a limited buffet. Drinks fine.
It's a surprisingly decent lounge. ALL the PP holders having issues, you need to realise you're at the bottom of the queue everywhere. I would be very angry if a lounge is packed, mostly by PP people.
Picks up radio and states to her supervisor: “we have another Priority Pass user.” She then put down her radio and said “sorry we are at capacity.” The group behind me was granted space.
10am Thursday morning they seem to be turning away all Priority Pass customers in attempt to upsell access to the “premium” lounge for an additional £15, not in the spirit of being Priority Club
After security, follow the signs for No1 Lounges, entrance can be accessed via the corridor between Dixons and JD Sports.
