OutstandingNice large quiet lounge. Head right after security and to the right once you enter the BA Galleries lounge.

Needs ImprovementDefinitely not a first class lounge. Expensive champagne but orange juice is from the supermarket. Severe lack of power outlets, worn down furniture. Average dining service and private ensuite rooms. 2/5

Worth a DetourGood lounge, exemplary staff. Food is above average. Laurent Perrier flows freely. I wish for more of a bit divided instead of open concept. It’s 2019 and seats lack power ports. Great spa!

OutstandingThe bar service is friendly and the dining area service is fast and good. If you have a long layover do reserve a private cabana and complimentary Elemis spa treatment in advance.
