Though this is a small lounge, it's satisfactory. The lounge is still self-service, and the views of the runway are really nice.

This is a pretty tightly packed lounge, in both number of people and layout. There's little privacy, and it's hard to find an oulet. The bathrooms are also tiny.

It's good for a US lounge, but poor in comparison to other countries' lounges. Food is limited and at best ok. Lounge staff are friendly. Seating is ok. There are outlets if you know where to look.

Very nice but really cramped. Won't stop me from coming by ...

Nice generous size, but I see what people mean when they call it cramped. Right by E4.

Small and cramped. Great service.

Decent lounge with a self serve open bar. I can see how it can be cramped at busy times. Special Bloody Mary mixes were available Saturday morning.

The gal at front desk directed me to a quiet area to make a private call and then her co-workers harassed me for doing what she told me what to do. Clearly a miscommunication but they were so snotty.

Cramped when busy, but I've always found a seat. Love the self-serve bar. And they've made better recently with a good cookie selection. Good for domestic flights.

On a slow day, this small Delta Sky Club isn't a bad place to relax, BUT not nearly enough places to plug in and work. On a day filled with delays, this club is a madhouse and gets uncomfortably hot.

You need to fly Delta to use this lounge even with an Amex Platinum card, otherwise it's a charge! Worth it, I guess.

On the med/smaller size. 3 sections of seating areas. Self serve bar (I prefer this over bartender), fireplace, small bathrooms. Didn't see workstations like other clubs have. Nice views of runway.

Does a good job for what it is. Decent amount of space, varied seating options, and a small spread of food and drink. On the chilly side.

Modern lounge with plenty of electrical outlets at each seating option. Self service bar is a nice touch and makes things run faster. Food options are basic with only a few hot options.

Service staff was pretty terse and a bit rude. Smaller lounge very crowded. I've had better experiences at other lounges.

Crowded. Food selection wasn't great. Alcohol selection was good though. Great view.

Overcrowded. Small-ish. Standard Delta food selection. Did I say overcrowded?

Overcapacity at peak hours. If you want to have reliable access to a lounge at ORD, do not fly DL. The AA lounge is better and much larger.

Club is super small and very crowded. As others have said if you have Star Alliance, go to unit d instead.

I saw a few reviews complaining about this lounge’s size. I found it to be the same size as the smaller lounges at ATL like in T and B. While it is not a grand scale style lounge, it fits perfect here.
