View all 9 reviews Needs ImprovementVery small lounge which means it’s almost always full. Very limited facilities and refreshments. Only use as a last resort - other oneworld lounges are better.

Needs ImprovementSmall, crowded with mediocre food and drink selection. The Cathay lounge next door is head and shoulders above this.

Worth a DetourPeople who give this lounge a bad review have way too high expectations for an airline perk. It is clean, quiet and the food is adequate. It is not a restaurant. The lack of showers knocked it to 3.

Needs ImprovementMight be the worst lounge I have ever been to, especially from such a great airline. I can't find a single thing to compliment it on. Crowded, no showers, basic food & drink.
